And by "small," I mean "BIG"

Dear Lady in front of me at Moes,
Your meal didn't include chips but you clearly asked for "a small bag of chips." The very nice Moe's staff gave you exactly what you wanted. A small bag of chips. It was not necessary to make faces, demand "more chips" then crush the chips in your "small bag" by rolling up the big bag of chips and stuffing it into the "small" bag.

Moe's employees do a wonderful job with customer service. They make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door by yelling, "WELCOME TO MOE'S!" The names of the orders are funny and easy to remember. The employees are always smiling behind the line and the dining room is always clean and well stocked.

When the customer who wanted a big bag of chips, but ordered a small, the Moe's employee at the cashier said, "of course" and asked the employee at the chip station for more chips. The wrapped bag of chips showed up in under 30 seconds and the customer merely grunted when the cashier handed her the bag. "Thanks chips!" shouted the cashier as she turned to the employee at the chip station! "You're welcome," the chip station employee shouted back.

Despite the way customers treat you, remember you are working as a team to provide the best service possible. Thank your teammates when they help you recover from a service mishap because the customer might not and you can continue smiling for your next customer who orders correctly.
